About Christine Foley-Klass

When Christine Klass and her husband, a master printer, decided to move from their home in the artists’ community of DUMBO in Brooklyn, they had just two requirements. Their new community had to be within three hours of her husband’s clients in New York City and have exceptional schools for their children. 

It took three years of visiting area after area before they drove to Saratoga Springs. And when they arrived and saw Saratoga -- with its thriving arts scenes, a vibrant downtown, fabulous restaurants and Skidmore College -- they knew they were home. That was 2008, and Chris and her family have embraced the Saratoga lifestyle since then.

Raised in Massena in the state’s north country, Chris received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Buffalo, then went on to earn her paralegal degree in corporate law at Adelphi University. She worked in the marketing department of a Manhattan publishing company and in the development area for the New York Philharmonic before relocating to Saratoga Springs. 

Using her skills in marketing, Chris transitioned to real estate. She said she enjoys the real estate industry because she likes to interact with both buyers and sellers. She listens to her clients and follows through with their requests to help them meet their housing goals.

Outside the office, Chris enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. One of seven children, she has 20 nieces and nephews and plans large family gatherings locally for the holidays and in Maine during the summer. She enjoys cooking and entertaining, viewing art, listening to music and taking part in her neighborhood book club.
